Party full of COLOR

Lately I've had a few friends ask about ideas for birthdays and baby showers. So what do I do...I search the web for ideas! A friend of mine is planning a luau themed baby shower and another is planning birthday party. What kid doesn't like color? And hello, when I think luau, I think COLOR!

There are so many great ideas with color and rainbows. And it just so happened that Spearmint Baby had a post about this recently and I loved some of her ideas.

I loved this idea of an Art Birthday Party. And how easy?! Just get some cardboard, crayons, markers, paints (If your brave) and let the kids become artists. Should occupy them for a while PLUS its a great party favor...

Disclaimer: I am fully aware that it is a Luau BABY Shower...you cold substitute the beverages or keep them for the adults. :)

I love it! We are closing on our new home June 30th and we always have a big, porch, party everytime we move...what fun, I can't wait to copy this amazingly easy, yet cool idea!

Hahaha ~ Lindsey, you crack me up. How about some owls with their eyes closed? or winking? Maybe they wouldn't scare me so much.
