I went out today and totally had an Extreme Couponing moment.
I am so proud of myself. :)
So I may or may not have mentioned to a few teacher friends that I am kind of in to this couponing thing. Low and behold the next Monday I had TONS of coupons in my mailbox. Ha!
Don't worry, I've even become friends on Facebook with "The Frugal Find" and she finds all the deals and matches the coupons for me. All I have to do is get the coupons and go to the store.
Thank goodness CVS, Walgreens and Target are all on the same corner. It makes it a lot easier to go on this couponing mission. Do you see all these things below....
Well guess what? I paid a total of $6.78 for all of this! I left CVS with 15 items and didn't pay a penny! I paid $3.21 at Target and $8.57 at Walgreens...BUT I got a free $5 to spend next time I'm there (so really I spent $3.57) That's a 91% Savings!
I am pretty impressed by myself. Fact!
That is really awesome, great job! I used to be pretty good at couponing, but have fallen off the wagon. ;-) Never thought of asking fellow teachers for their coupons, good idea.
