All Time Family Favorite...
I'm fairly certain that if anyone was asked what my
families favorite restaurant is their answer would
be Chimi's. We only eat here for every occasion.
There will never be a time that I come to Tulsa without eating at these 3 places. Fact.
Ron's Hamburgers
Only the best, greasiest hamburgers EVER.
Their Chili is also pretty amazing as well.
O.M.G.
Rib Crib
Love this place. Especially their Chicken Quesadillas.
Mazzio's
Surely you've heard of this place...No? Oh my goodness...my mouth is watering as I am typing this. They have THE BEST salad bar you have ever had. This {again} is a fact.
For the record, this does it no justice, please trust me though--->THE BEST!
Old School Bagels
Whoevers idea it was to get rid of EVERY SINGLE bagel shop in Tulsa was crazy. This was the best start to my day back in high school {yes, we ate their every day...before and after school}
Moving right along...these are also my favorites that I try to go everytime because I LOVE them too!
Ted's Cafe Escondido
Favorite part about this restaurant is the complimentary queso with your chips and salsa AND sopapillas at the end
Daylight Donuts
Historical Tulsa Landmark. lol
Just so that you know, Daylight Donuts are better than Shipley's, Dunkin, DEFINITELY Krispy Kremes or any other donut shop out there.
Most of these restaurants can also be found in the Oklahoma City area as well :)
I thought I should note that when I was thinking this post up, I had every intention for it to have all kinds of favorite places...but I am hungry as I'm writing this and all I can think about is {clearly} food. :)

We're moving to OKC, but many of these chains exhist in Arkansas, too. We love us some Mazzio's!!!
ReplyDeleteDo you spend time in OKC at all? Can you give us some advice?
Hi Lauren! Yes I am in OKC a lot too. My little Love Bugs family is there. :) What kind of advice are you looking for? :)
ReplyDelete*This is Katie on my sisters computer
Restaurants, museums, coffee shops, sandwich shops? Any place we can check out, hang out, chill, explore??
ReplyDeleteI love all of these places! The Tuesday night buffet at Mazzio's is the best!!! And Ted's.....I so wish they were safe for peanut allergy people. They have the BEST salsa!!!
ReplyDeleteI tagged you in a survey on my blog!
@Lauren...Just go down to Bricktown. It's got everything. Restaurants, Coffee shops, shopping and nightlife. You can't go wrong there. :)
ReplyDeleteJeff is so sad you didn't mention coney islander or hideaway!!!
ReplyDeleteWe miss all of those places you mentioned...they don't have any in Minnesota...my favorite is the Mazzio's salad bar!
ReplyDeleteUmmmm, yummy! I LOVE Chimi's but there's not one very close. I want their salsa now!
